Forge world has revealed the latest character in the Horus Heresy series – Primarch Perturabo, Master of the Iron Warriors Legion. He was a ruthless strategist who focused only on completing his objective no matter the cost. This calculated personality did not make him very popular among the other Primarchs, but none could deny his ability to get results on the battlefield.

Although Perturabo was best known for his siege breaking strategies, he was also skilled in combat. Perturabo dons, the Logos, his personal armour. It’s heavily modified with weapon systems and tech systems including a teleport homer, cortex controller and a wrist-mounted cannon of his own devising. He also wields Forgebreaker, his deceased brother’s thunder hammer.

The kit includes two right hands with options of a clenched fist or the thunder hammer Forgebreaker. It also comes with a 40mm gaming base and a 60mm scenic base with parts of a ruined Cerastus Knight. It costs £70, will be available form the 17th of July and can be ordered here.

The miniature really does his armour justice. There is an insane amount of detail on the armour –  the shoulder guards, armour plates, cables and of course the Iron Legion emblem. Then we get to his custom cannons with ammo feeds which look fantastic! And I really like what they did with his face, all those cables and wires really sells the look of the Iron Legion.
